<p>My daughter is planning on Home Schooling her daughter. Does anybody know of any good websites that would help her to plan the curriculum and ones that have work pages that she can print. My grand-daughter is 4 years old right now and is already doing and enjoying Kindergarten work.<br />
To respond to digitalgimpling&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;Possibly because so many children are coming out of high school without a high school education. Many can&#8217;t read or spell properly and are not prepared for moving on to college. These children were taught by someone with a &#8220;degree in TEACHING&#8221;!</p></div>
<div></div>
<div>I also never stated that my daughter didn&#8217;t have a degree in teaching. She does have a degree and my sister (also a teacher for the past 12 years) will be helping her. My daughter also intends to make sure that her daughter is involved in other activities and also a Charter School, to ensure that her daughter will learn socialization skills and also learn to work with others. Home Schooling is not a &#8220;Crock&#8221; it is an alternative to an education system that doesn&#8217;t always work very well.</div>
