Home schooling?

I’m interested in home-schooling my children, but whenever I bring this up with teachers at my son’s school, they suddenly get nervous.

They’ve even been downright rude when I listened to them, but did not agree about staying in school. Does anyone have information about home-school laws or associations in Nevada where I can get good information?
